Mr. Hari Om Damami

With over 10 years of teaching experience, Mr. Hari Om Damami is a passionate and versatile music educator specializing in Piano, Keyboard, Guitar, and Vocal training.

He holds a Visharad degree in Vocal Music and an M.A. in Music, combining both Indian classical and Western music expertise in his teaching methods.

Mr. Damami also holds a Teacher’s Certificate from Trinity College London and has extensive experience preparing students for Trinity College London instrumental and theory examinations. Under his guidance, many students have successfully achieved Trinity certifications with excellent results.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many songs will my child learn in the course?

Typically up to 10 songs will be taught in each level of 24 sessions. However, the curriculum and our teachers are flexible enough to tailor the number of songs as per each student’s learning pace and ability.

When will my child get the Trinity Certificate?

It takes roughly 12 months to prepare for Grade Initial. It can take up to 6-9 months to complete the grades beyond that. With regular self practice, this timeline can be significantly reduced as well. After the child has appeared for the exam, it can take up to 3 months to receive the result and the certificate from Trinity College London.

Will my child be able to compose his own songs?

The inclusion of music sheet reading and writing, ear training, and music repertoire building in our curriculum ensures that every child can make and play music independently. This skill development can take roughly 9 to 12 months. Every learner will begin with simple melodies, progressively moving onto more complex ones through each level.

What if my child encounters technical difficulties during a class?

In case of technical difficulties, our support team is available to assist your child promptly.

What happens when my online course is finished?

You will be provided with a course completion certificate! We strongly recommend students to go for advanced levels with us after completing a 12 month course.

What if my child gets bored and doesn’t find the online class interesting?

Our classes are designed to keep your child engaged and motivated throughout. Additionally, if your child ever feels disengaged, you can always reach out to the teacher for more personalized guidance and encouragement.

How do I assess the progress made in the classes?

You will receive a detailed progress report at the end of each level, outlining your child’s achievements, skills developed, and areas of growth. Additionally, towards the end of each level, the teacher will provide verbal feedback on your child’s progress and share the roadmap for upcoming sessions. This helps ensure you're fully informed on how your child is advancing in the program.

Can I contact the teacher directly?

All communication with the teacher will happen through our platform. You can send messages to the teacher directly from the platform. In case of urgency, our team will be happy to facilitate a conversation.

What happens if my child misses a class?

If your child misses a class without prior cancellation, the session count will be deducted. However, if you cancel the class in advance (atleast 1 hour prior), the class will be carry forwarded without reducing your eligible count.

What is the duration of each online class?

Each group & buddy session for online class is for 55 mins while the individual session is for 45 minutes.

Which are the different batch options available?

We offer three batch options tailored to meet your child’s learning needs:
1) Group (1:5): An engaging, interactive experience with up to 5 kids per batch, encouraging collaborative learning.
2) Buddy (1:2): A personalized setting with just 2 kids per batch, offering more individual attention.
3) Individual (1:1): A fully customized, one-on-one experience, designed to focus entirely on your child’s progress and interests.
